  • Coverage includes: product damage, incorrect quantities, quality issues
Exclusions
  • Color variations due to printing processes are within acceptable tolerance
  • Customer design errors or content issues not covered
Lost/Returned Orders
  • Replacement provided for packages lost in transit (report within 30 days)
  • For orders returned due to wrong address or rejection: customer pays full cost of new order
